A little bit about the stars of the workshop – Lyza’s cutters

The cutters come in different sizes (small and large) and are manufactured and modeled by myself. The large cutter reach a height of 40 cm why don’t the small ones are offered in a diameter of 8 cm and up to 10.5 cm. The large cutters will serve you to cut pastry in shapes, cut A3 cookies and mixed cakes at a height of 5 cm. The Cutters were designed while putting great thought with regards to their thickness, their height and the colors in which the Cutters are offered.

Cut Your Mind cutter workshop

I tailored the new workshop to the cutters, a boutique workshop with the most select and expensive materials. I believe in personal relations and therefore my workshop group only includes 6 participants at most. The most important thing for me is to be attentive to each and every one, to help and correct. I promise and commit to a sensation of private tutoring.

The secrets of successful baking

After gathering at my studio, and selecting the shape of the cake (ring/ unicorn/ lips/ heart or star) we begin preparation. We have about five hours of learning and experiencing, tips and tasting. The workshop is managed just like in the chain of the largest hotelier school the Cordon Bleu: First we will get to know the raw materials and discover the secrets for successful baking. Afterwards, I demonstrate and you write in your own words so that you can recreate it step-by-step at home as well. Only then we begin the stage of personal experience.

Short crust pastry is a science by itself, we will learn that the differences between cake pastry and cookie pastry, making sure we keep baking times, and as the pastry is baked we will move to the stage of cream. In the quantity cakes we will bake we will make ganache from cream, white chocolate, and the most meticulous wןll also color the cream and the color of their desire. The result is a colorful, tasty and magnificent mousse. Perfection.
